At Untamedpaws, we are committed to offering our guests a seamless experience amidst the wilderness of Tipeshwar. Kindly take a moment to review our resort policies to ensure a smooth and memorable stay.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 1:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:30 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges. For early arrivals, we recommend booking the previous night to ensure immediate access.

Payment Policy

• A minimum 70% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
• The balance amount, if any, must be settled prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation charges for cancellations made 15 days prior to check-in.
• A refund for such bookings will be processed within 14 working days, subject to a 5% deduction for bank fees and administrative charges.
• Cancellations made between 14 to 8 days before arrival will incur a 50% retention charge.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full amount as retention.

Please note that we reserve the right to seek supporting documentation for cancellations, and the final decision will be at the resort’s sole discretion.

Amendment Policy

• Date modifications are subject to availability.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation policy will automatically apply.

Child & Extra Guest Policy

• Maximum occupancy per tent: 2 adults + 1 child, or 1 couple with 2 children below 6 years.
• Children below 6 years: Complimentary (no extra bed).
• Children aged 6–12 years: ₹6,500 + 18% GST per night (with extra bed).
• Guests above 12 years: Treated as adults and charged accordingly.

Identification Requirements

• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
• PAN Cards are not accepted as valid ID proof.

Dining Policy

• Meals are provided as per the APAI Plan (American Plan), including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Buffet or à la carte menus will be offered at the resort’s discretion.
• Meal timings will be shared at the time of check-in.

Safari Policy

• Safaris can be availed at Untamedpaws at an additional cost of ₹8,000 per jeep per session, subject to availability.
• All safari bookings are governed by the Department of Forest, and the type of vehicle (jeep or otherwise) is allocated at their discretion for conservation purposes.
• Safari pricing is subject to change based on government regulations.

General Terms

• The resort reserves the right of admission.
• Rates, inclusions, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
• Bookings and packages are applicable only for the confirmed dates and room categories. Any changes may lead to a revision in pricing.
• No cancellations or modifications are allowed after the check-in time mentioned in your booking confirmation.
